At JD Development Group, we believe that building communities goes far beyond bricks and mortar. It means investing in people, creating opportunities, and ensuring that every individual has the chance to thrive. That philosophy guided our participation in the 26th Annual BMO Charity Golf Tournament in Vaughan, where leaders from the real estate and financial sectors together in support of the Geneva Centre for Autism.
From Understanding to Action
Philanthropy is most meaningful when it translates into measurable change. For JD Development Group, real impact comes not only from financial contributions, but also from truly listening to community needs and taking action to address them.
This is why we were proud to partner with BMO in support of the Geneva Centre for Autism. Beyond our longstanding relationship with BMO, we recognized the Geneva Centre's unique role in providing evidence-based, family-centred programs that change lives every day. Our participation reflects a shared commitment: to go beyond support in principle and deliver support in practice.

The Geneva Centre's Lifelong Impact
The Geneva Centre for Autism has been serving Canadian families since 1974 and is now recognized as one of the nation's leading autism service organizations. Its programs are designed to meet the evolving needs of individuals across every stage of life.
- For children and youth, the centre offers early intensive interventions (IBI), ABA classrooms, and social skills training that help participants build communication, independence, and confidence–skills that extend beyond therapy sessions and Into schools, families, and friendships.
- For adults, day programs, job training, community integration initiatives, and social opportunities are designed to promote independence, workplace readiness, and meaningful participation in community life.
The Centre's evidence-based and individualized approach ensures that each participant has the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to reach their potential. Families, too, benefit from workshops, resources, and support networks that ease the challenges of navigating autism care.

Turning Support Into Sustainable Change
For JD Development Group, it was important that our involvement went beyond a single event. Through this initiative, we aim not only to contribute financially but also to encourage our staff to volunteer, mentor, and lend expertise where possible.
Partnerships like this also demonstrate the power of collaboration. By combining the resources of organizations like BMO with our own, JD Development Group can help ensure that programs at the Geneva Centre reach more families and create sustainable, long-lasting impact.
"through bmo's charitable initiative, we are proud to combine resources, time, and expertise to support geneva' Centre's evidence-based autism programs. together with bmo and geneva, jd development group is committed to building a more accessible, inclusive, and sustainable community."

A Shared Vision for Inclusive Communities
Events like the BMO Charity Golf Tournament are reminders of what can be accomplished when businesses, institutions, and individuals come together with a common goal. The Geneva Centre for Autism represents the kind of organization we are proud to support: one that blends innovation, compassion, and expertise to create pathways for people of all abilities.
At JD Development Group, our ESG philosophy means that every project we undertake is rooted in the belief that vibrant communities require more than homes and infrastructure–they require equity, accessibility, and compassion. Supporting organizations like the Geneva Centre is one of the many ways we bring that philosophy to life.

Looking Ahead
The need for autism services is growing, and so too is the responsibility to act. By aligning philanthropy with action, JD Development Group is committed to continuing its support for the Geneva Centre and similar organizations that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
As Abe Evreniadis, CEO of the Geneva Centre, noted:
"by supporting the charity golf tournament, you are supporting children, youth, and adults at geneva centre. you are helping us dedicate time, collaboration, and individualized strategies to help each participant achieve their unique goals. Thank you!"
Together with partners like BMO, JD Development Group will continue to create sustainable, people-focused impact–ensuring that our vision for inclusive communities extends far beyond development sites and into the daily lives of families across Canada.
