The first phase of The Markdale is nearing completion, and anticipation is building among our future homeowners. To help prepare them for a smooth and confident move-in, JD Development Group hosted the first pre-closing event at our Markham head office.
The gathering brought together over 70 families, offering them the chance to connect face-to-face with both the RBC mortgage team and our JD Project Leaders. It was an opportunity to provide answers, share updates, and ensure every new homeowner feels informed and supported as we approach closing.
